Serve 2Ingredients:2 pheasant breasts2 brioche burger buns1 dl. panko crumbs1 dl. wheat flour1 egg, beaten1 tbsp. smoked paprikaCucumberTomatoesSaladAvocado, smashed (if you like)Salt and freshly ground pepperChili dressing2 tbsp. sour cream1 tbsp. mayo 1 tbsp. ketchup2 tsp. Sriracha chili sauce1 garlic, minced1 tsp. smoked paprika1 tsp. dry chiliSalt and freshly ground pepperDirections:Clean and trim pheasant breasts. Dip pheasant breast in beaten egg, wheat flour, egg and panko at last. Fry panko pheasant on a frying pan in either oil or butter. Until golden crispy and cooked through.
